Is the 1% commission really the full listing fee? +
Yes. Our listing fee is 1% of the final sale price. You will still typically offer a buyer's agent commission (usually 2.5%) to attract buyers — but your side drops from 3% to 1%, saving you tens of thousands.
Do I get the same service as a full-price agent? +
Absolutely. You get MLS listing, professional photography, CMA, showing coordination, negotiation, and full contract-to-close management. The only difference is the price you pay for it.
Will buyers' agents show my home at a lower commission? +
The buyer's agent commission is separate from the listing fee. As long as you offer a competitive buyer's agent commission (which we guide you on), your home will be shown just as frequently as any other listing.
Are there any upfront costs or hidden fees? +
No upfront costs and no hidden fees. The 1% listing commission is only paid at closing when your home sells. If your home doesn't sell, you owe nothing.
